My new Youtube video just went live! Watch it here and be sure to check out the other videos on my channel while you’re there! 🙂
So, you guys all know by now that I’m a bit obsessed with the Target Dollar Spot…well let’s just be honest, with the entire Target store in general! (..and unfortunately I think the word “obsessed” might be an understatement. Yikes!)

Well, the first item that caught my eye as I was perusing the Bullseye’s Playground were these beautiful glass carafes with cute little pineapple and flamingo appliques. What I liked about them was that they were rather large and could hold a fair amount of liquid, unlike some Dollar Store dupes. They were also of great quality as I tried to pry off the lid nonchalantly and failed. (To be honest I still haven’t got one of these open, but haven’t really gave it a real go. So just forewarning you, the last statement may be a pro or a con. No conclusive answer as of yet!) Naturally for $3 a pop I had to grab one of each!
Next, I noticed nestled in the back corner of the bottom shelf were these gorgeous studded glass sets. Really I would have missed them if I wasn’t such a seasoned Dollar Spotter! (Pats self on the shoulder.) Well, they come in a set of 2 glasses for $3 and when I say these glasses are gorgeous, I mean it! Such beautiful detailing was put into each glass, with just the right touch of color. (That touch of color being my favorite color of course, mint!) The tin mint lid held a matching striped straw with a stopper making it near impossible to lose. So, I ooed and awed and popped three packs into my cart. Onward!
Around the corner I came across a heap of brightly colored wire signs, yelling slogans like “Cheers” and “Happy Hour” at me. Hmmm…it’s worth a look I thought! I dug a little deeper to reveal a pretty neon pink “Bar” sign, that I thought would marry well with my upcoming DIY Bar Cart project. At $5 a piece I was a little reluctant, but decided it was a good “splurge” for the unique statement piece!
Lastly, I picked up some party staples, that I’ll be using for my next project. One pack of straws, one pack of napkins, and one pack of drink parasols all adorned a tropical floral pattern. Admittedly, I wasn’t a huge fan of Target’s pattern or color choice for the “summer line,” so my pickings were sparse! I topped off my cart with a set of string lights and some rose gold straws and called it a day!
You can shop all my items at your nearest Target Store, but you better hurry before it’s too late. 😉
Until next time,
